Birds Eye

Birds Eye is known for a sharp, straightforward heat. As a Finferno product we selected this powder on quality alone. It gives an intense burn that arrives fast, and still leaves room for the food itself.

This is the powder for real heat without added sweetness or smoke. Birds Eye belongs in Asian cooking, in a wok, in hot soups and in marinades. It gives a dish a tight burn and a bit of attitude.
